Yes,i installed 3d may on my computer ages ago.Now i'm downloading the trial version one right now.

Can you find a cracked version of Max? A 30 day Trial version
might be hard to work with. Also read the ASE Tools docs that
come with the ASE Tools program (ASE Tools are found in the rvGlue
program). ASE Tools are needed to convert Max files (.max) into
files Revolt can use (.prm and .w).

max needs processor power and lot of memory, but if you are doing simple things first, it might be ok on a less powerful system. the newest version (which you are going to download) must be the most demanding one, might be better using an old version, you will be using the most simple tools of the software for creating tracks anyway.

for all the people who got caught with an illegal version of Max.
I bought my 3ds Max 5 for $25 from a guy standing on a corner,
he said it was a legal copy and not to worry.
He also sold me a Rolex watch for $10.

Dont worry,i have 3DMax 7 right now.I'm not gonna use it yet.
And i have the ASE Tools,but i dont read it cuz i didnt have 3d max back then.
At older times,3D Max 7 worked on my PC just fine,just took a while to load the files.
