How to generate a .ncp for a instance file?

i downloaded 1207 but says me that the dll is damaged, and saying about ncp: i added a instance on a track but i can't collide with it, the car goes troughout the instance even when i set it up to "all collision" with the respective ncp on the track's folder.

Download Patch 1207 again (maybe from a different website), and extract the zip into your main Re-volt folder and say Yes to all overwrites.
You can always Explore the zip and drag the PRM2NCP.exe out.
The 'All Collision' setting does not work.

What is the name of the .prm you are trying to use?
Where did you get it? Does it have a matching .ncp file?
Are you using a Kit to make your track?
If you are trying yo use it in an almost empty .w file
the matching .ncp file might not work. It might be necessary
to use the rvGlue program to 'glue' the .prm (.fin file) into the
.w file to get the Instance to have collision data.
