Why in the everloving hell do you have to have a 20 GHZ cpu to make good RV recordings?

I lowered all of the graphical settings and set the game to 640x480 and it was still running at 3 frames per second.

I have a 2 GHZ cpu, and that, IMO, should be enough if RV was built to run on a 233 MHZ cpu.

Tell me if there are any recorders that are renowned for low CPU usage, as CamStudio hogs a good 50% of it.

Good point.

But you actually have a dino of a computer, so it makes sense.

2 GHZ is still a pretty hefty amount this day in age.

I actually think it is my ram that is bogging me down.
