BTW your Diablo pic up there does a pretty good job of making the car look appealing.
I delete windows on some cars. Remapping I did on the Focus R. I'm going to look at that Midnight for the transparent windows.

Added a relatively low poly Koenigsegg.

Car added, officially the most ignored thread in existence. Why do I bother?

Iron Bob
It's not really ignored. It's just easier for everyone to just check your site now and then. You should really look more at the view numbers on your cars thread than the actual posts. :P

Is this thread useful, or no?
I just like having it in a thread to see the view/post count.

Yes, it is useful. Relax, and don't worry about what other people think. Hey, here's a request for you, see if you can find a Ford GT40 MK III (has a slightly smoother body and more air scoops than a regular GT40) and convert it for Re-volt. I would make it myself but I just don't feel like it anymore.

I'm working on one. It'll be as accurate as I can get it, and I might get MM to do the params seeing that he's good at race car params.

Iron Bob likes his cars fast (70+mph) and with an understeer handling. :P

Got the params MM. Like them more than anything I could create!

I think they are kind of unresponsive on turns, yet, somehow I like that.

I tried to give them a heavy yet racey feel to them.

As I don't actually drive and have totally no idea how a heavy car would feel I am only guessing. :o

Just for you Iron Bob. You probably won't like the polycount, but I couldn't find a better one.

put ur files in .zip adam, .exe are bigger. Also most AVs will block the .exe

Posted: 15 May 2008, 17:27
Adamodell
I like me some exe's lol

I hate zip compression. That's what RVZT is for.

Anyway, why would an AV block a clean exe?
As for the compression, some cars are smaller in a 7z exe and others are larger. Depend on how much there is to compress.

The exe is smaller for the GT40. It's 486kb in an ultra compressed zip file.

It's 429kb in an ultra compressed 7z in an sfx container, also with an image of the car included.

that's a good freaken point.. Well no idea, but some anti-virus do block downloaded .exe

doesn't .exe compression make us feel special :P

I know, it's kinda pink. But, if you have the ability to open a pdn, you can make your own color for that.

It's as red as I could get it with my set up.

I have a conversion coming up shortly from what game?

Gran Turismo 2. Yes, I did it, finally.

I had to UV map the whole darndest car.
