Hello. I just registered this forum. I want to know how to recolor re-volt cars. I've used paint, Photoshop and the cars just don't get painted... well, they are painted in some parts. Can anyone help me?

Different parts of the cars are mapped to different parts of the .bmp, so sometimes you gotta play about to see what's mapped where.

You might also need to delete the .bmq in the car's folder to see the effects of your changes correctly.

Welcome to this forum, beware of the one they call "Manmountain".

hey there,
all my knowledge about paint revolt cars is that theres a util for it, that might be excelent or may be rubbish, i dont know how does it work, havent used it. another thought from my flickering brain is the map for toyeca (being most popular car) containing the zones of the car's body, so you can see the actual part of the car you are going to apply the painting on. ots a simple .bmp pic, downloadable or copyable from the french temple of revolt.

Not to mention that you must delete the .bmq file. That often messes it up, too.
