I've the race start sound from another game and am trying to lower it's pitch to sound as desired at "GO!". Does anybody know the pitch & speed percentage difference between 3-2-1 and GO?

Try looking at the waveform with a specialized software maybe?
I am sure this requires a certain experience.
GO has increased treble, 3,2,1 are bass-wise. i think speed is the same.

the first three times it's an E (~336 Hz), it's also the same frequency as the countdown.wav file would give you if you open it on your music player. the "Go" sound are two countdown.wav samples playing simultaneousely, one is at Bb (~475Hz) and the other one is a C#(~566). So, the diference between it's frequency would e about 1 x countdown.wav's frequency (or speed) for "123" and 1.414x and 1.685x countdown.wav's frequency for "go".

So that made me curious, I took a peak at the leaked source and got speeds of 1,405x and 1,678x for the "go" sound. I guess it was close enough

That's what I was looking for. Thanks!

EDIT:
Self note: multiply by 0,71175 to revert from 1,405, and by 0,59595 to do so from 1,678. Roughly measured using samples as time units.

I use Audacity for my sound mods (which I haven't posted here), by the way.

I also used audacity to check, I changed "speed" at "effects" tab, took the sample and change the percentage by 40.5% (that means 100% + 40.5%, aka x1.405) and, in another channel changed the sample by 67.8% (100% + 67.8%) to get the effect of the "go" sound. It sounded just the same (:
