When you pause the game it's alright, even with vsync on.
I can't reproduce it either with vsync on or off (I tried with Sprinter XL which floats in the pool). Maybe it's specific to the car you used? Can you link me to that car? And have you tried with Sprinter?
I can't see what it's wrong on this video...
Can someone explaine me please ?

The water is flickering. It should be a smooth animation but it isn't. It's supposed to be like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNFQBNxWC3Y

EDIT : I made the test with UFO on last RV 1.2 and last RVGL and it's true there is something wrong on RVGL

EDIT 2 : try it with R6Turbo on RV1.2 : you'll see car wheels jumping
do the same on RVGL car wheels are not moving so much but all water animation "jumping" like car wheels on RV1.2

Ok, at 500fps I was able to reproduce the jittering. It occurs in both v1.2 and RVGL for me. Maybe you had vsync on in 1.2? But it doesn't happen in 1207. I'll investigate it some more...


EDIT: Fixed it, it was introduced in 1.2 alpha 15.0325 when we switched to a fixed timestep for various lights and animations (to support very high fps). It broke the waterbox effect.

I also fixed a similar glitch in mouse movement in edit / F6 mode with vsync off.
