Here is a translated "strings" txt for Czech. I tried to translate everything, but there are several things that I did not translate:

• "Locked" in track selection screen, but this string is not found in the txt.
• Controller Pak stuff, because I don't recall seeing these messages ever in the game, maybe this is something for N64, or something like that.
• Game Gauge Benchmark, same as above
• 3D audio stuff
• Some characters are without diacritics, because the file is ANSI and it doesn't support these characters, such as ř,ž,ť,ď, etc.

At the moment you have to replace other language file with this one, since there is no menu option for Czech language.
