He wants reversed stock tracks featured in Demo mode.
Demo mode opens when you wait minute at main menu. Simply, all AI cars are driving and you can't control anything.
Suggestion is pretty useless, not needed and would have lowest possible priority.
Why someone need to watch some cars driving in reversed tracks, really? And I don't think someone is using demo mode at all. It's just a game "showcase".
"Can Support Reversed Stock Tracks If They Re Locked" Would show them even if you didn't unlocked reversed tracks, still useless.
