---Introduction---
If you have ever played PS1 (PlayStation) version of Re-Volt, you should probably know that this version has additional, exclusive tracks, which are not on any other version of the game. These tracks are Lego (created with Track Editor), but made by Acclaim. There are 2 packs: Acclaim Set 1 and Acclaim Set 2, each has 10 tracks. Strangely enough, most of them are named as "Foj XXp" (XX = number) or sometimes as "Foi XXp". Tracks are accessible at start, so you can play them just by turning on the game for the first time (just need to enable).

---Downloads---
Acclaim Set 1 with PC textures / PS1 textures version (Date unknown)
Acclaim Set 2 with PC textures / PS1 textures version (Date unknown)
(Compare how it looks on PS1 and PC versions.)

---Information---
Folder name: Foj XXp, Foi XXp
Track type: Lego
Track size (in TE blocks): 10x10 ~ 15x15
Race mode: Single Race
Reversed Mode: Yes

Recommended to use slower than Pro class cars.
For more info, read "readme.txt" inside archive.

---Aims---
✔ Convert (remake) all 20 tracks for PC version
✔ Include .tdf files for easy tracks edit in PC Track Editor
✔ Add reversed mode for all tracks (PS1 never had them!)
X Use PS1 textures and backgrounds [PS1 textures version only]

---Credits---
-VaiDuX461 - Main track porter, tester, textures editor [for PS1 textures version]
-Ballisticsrules - Main textures editor, helped with Acclaim Set 2 tracks porting.
-Kenny - Shared original PS1 textures.

Hmm.. very interesting proposal. Sounds challenging and good.
Since I never tried the PSX version, I'm curious to try those tracks someday.

I hope Ballisticsrules or any other that enjoys resurrecting lost game content can join this project.

Actually, he encouraged me to do this yesterday and I thought why not, because old and lost tracks must be resurrected. So yea, thanks for him.
About his joining dunno, can be a bit difficult, so I want to do this by myself. I thought it will be easier, but it seems that I need to edit some pickup placements manually too, because PC Track Editor puts them wrong.

Well, PSX (PS1) has really old hardware (made in 1994 end) that's why graphics sucks. But not only gfx suck, also physics are really bad. However, it was still the most popular console of fifth generation.
Btw, picture showing track in PS1 version was with emulator graphical enhancements, like higher resolution, without it, the game would look way more pixelated.

Also as I said, this track pack will not include PS1 backgrounds and graphics, all textures will be PC default.

[Edit]: Separate pack with PS1 textures will be available to download too.

Nice, I actually wanted to do this myself some time before but didn't had the patience for it :P

But I believe some track editor textures are different in the PSX version, or? I remember some yellowish color...

Anyway, looking forward to play those levels on the PC version ;)

Yes indeed, take a look here.

I decided to keep original PC textures, until PS1 textures will be riped correctly.

The Acclaim Set 1 's 2nd Track Will Released Soon?

Set 1 is already released with all 10 tracks...

Set 2 needs some tweaks and testing, shouldn't take so long, if I will have free time.

...aand didn't happened.
Due to PC loss few months ago, I couldn't finish this.
Most Set 2 files are still in my old HDD, so it will take a while, but just saying that project isn't dead. I never leave my unfinished projects.
