Voted for no, because I can't understand anything. In forums, links to download full games (like for consoles), CANNOT be given, because it's ILLEGAL.

I too voted no, whats the vote for anyway? I mean its obvious that we won't provide an official download link.

Besides that it's not that hard to find the various Re-Volt versions on the internet, you just have to
1) use proper english in google search
2) use actual keywords (not something like "You How Get Download Link From Dreamcast?")
3) search past page 1 in google search if there are not the desried results on the first page
4) spend more than 5 minutes for searching
5) continue with searching if the first download you find doesn't work anymore
