Here are some screenshots:-

You can see in the picture what i want to show you all. This happens only on Christmas lights and on no other track. I even tried restarting re-volt but the problem still persists. I am using the latest alpha. Any idea whats this?

The same issue is on VilleVolt. Raise the brightness on all the skymap bitmaps.

Hello Pranav, this bug has been known, i know a fix, its very easy, so i'll rerelease it.

I didn't know of this before, and I'm submitting a fix. It is an skymap issue, which is only in the newest beta. (that's a bummer though.) This will be done tomorrow.

Thanks for reporting ;)

Just for info, skymaps should be fully opaque textures (no pure-black, no alpha...), otherwise you'll see the contents of the previous frame through the transparent region. The problem is not really new, it occurs in v1.1 too. I guess it was hidden in previous v1.2 releases because the contents of each frame were unnecessarily cleared after drawing.. the latest release goes back to old v1.1 behavior (i.e., drawing skymap directly on top of previous frame).
