So,
If you take a look at the Latest Tracks List on RVZT you can see that the last track released was in 15 Sep 2010. What happened?
I'd guess that there were about 20 tracks removed. Has anyone any idea what's going on? Maybe it got hacked?

Actually the ones that were released after 15 Sep 2010. The ones after 'Mt Ride'.

The latest track submission was the Rainbow Road Mario Track from Allan1...
this one. If you just tell me what track is missing, I can reupload it, but as far as I can see, nothing is missing.

There are no missing tracks. But all the tracks from Mt ride to the most recent rainbow track are dated December 6, so only the first 10 of them are displayed in Latest Tracks list.

My bad. Some old tracks got an updated timestamp during a database update.
No tracks are missing.
