How to get a neutral F/R weight distribution? (for the COM) I know i have to do some calculation with the Z value of the front and rear wheels

39.250000 (F) - 29.500000 ® = 9,75 / 2 = 4,875

Should be this way?

Using:
COM_offset_z = (front_wheel_offset_z + back_wheel_offset_w) / 2
should do the job...

EDIT: so your calculation above looks correct.
