shoudn't be cooler a three, two, one, GO! speech instead of the horn?

It'd be cool, but the fact the horn audio is triggered to play at the "GO!" means a simple replacement ain't happening. You'd have to tell the game to start playing the file at the loading of the 3 model. And then you'd have to make sure the 3, 2, 1, and GO were synced with the animation. Or alternatively, a more complex method would be having the 3, 2, 1, and go as separate files and the game triggering to load each one at the proper time, but this would require more hacking around. Or source editing. I think hacking that in would be too stupidly hard.

KDL
there is only one sound for that,
the "go" is same as 3,2,1 sound's path and sound, with pitch modification

it's extremely hard to hack...

KDL pointed out the fact that the 4 sounds (3, 2, 1 and Go) are the same one, even the last one (Go), but it sounds different because it is played with a higher pitch.

Oh, I get it. I misunderstood, haha.

This might be abit of a "I already thought of that Skarma, you must be in the dark about hacking Re-volt!". That is because I am, Im only an observer right now. But couldnt you just replace the sound file for the horn?

Replacing the sound used for the horn (which can be done with WolfR4) doesn't allow to have different sounds for 1, 2, 3 and Go.
