Well... lately me and R6TurboExtreme, try to learn Zmodeler. He already know some, but I have no idea how it works. So, I'd like some guys with Zmod, MOH, Nero, Zipp, Urne to teach me what the heck I did here?

Umm, I try to make a house, what should I do?

By the way... I'll ask all my questions about Zmodeler here, so, this is gonna be an active topic :P

If you want to make a polygon, "create/faces/single"
If you wanna link other polys to new polys, when ur making a polygon, click on the points of the other polygon.

KDL
you did a bad move which is killing the perspective view of the model
so, you got a mess, try to take it back.

a simple house: create a box (cube then scale or move its vertices to form a box)
then create a cone with 4 segments, scale it to fit the box
rotate the cone and move it on the box

enjoy the shape

 I try zmodler there are too meny options.
So to meny buttons.
Im Very sure its a great program if you can figure
out all the controls.
To much control means lots of buttons.
It looks like cinema 4d or maya.
Good luck if there is a book you should get it.
Later buddys ;)

:P Maybe if you start by telling how the interface works.
The view ports and how you set them up. The create buttons
and there options. You know just the basic use of the program.
In max you can create any view you want.
Start with the basics and work up to textures modeling and on
and on. Bla bLa blA. :D

Well, for modelling, I found MOH's tutorial through the Zmodeler page on Re-Volt the wiki via Google. It has good explaining pictures n' text, but you probably aleready know that (it's on Re-Volt Live).
Revolt Live -> Car Model

The tutorial covers the most needed tools you need to create surfaces for cars and such, and even though you did wanted a house, I think this could be a just as good point to start with.

If you find yourself lost on that tutorial, though, I would recommend the tutorial on the link below:
http://cgm.sitesled.com/Re-Volt/Tutoria ... omScratch/

It will go through everything from creating a simple start texture to modelling (which in this case is a smiley-car).

In the end I searched on Re-Volt Forum (RVR) and found an old reply I made, where I explain how to UV Map stuff and such.

Thanks a lot Urne ;)
Well... MOH's tut shows how to make Cars via Zmodeler, I'm sure that making tracks with it, uses other options. But I will try. I will start with some easy models like Cubes, Spheres, etc...
After that I will try to make houses, roads, walls, etc.
Then I will need maybe help with exporting in .w or .prm the things I made.
But until than, I will start with the models.

Thanks!
