been talking to zipper, he's interested in the RTU file in the editor, we think this stores the lego blocks

i plan to have a look at these, maybe we can make our own lego blocks to use

i reckon they will be stored as a bunch of PRM all put together

Yes, I'd like to include the first modded track editor for my real rc mod. But I don't know how the modules are stored inside that rtu, or how to extract them (if possible)

seems to have lots of ints and not many floats

this could be harder than i thought...

I was actually playing around with this idea last year. Was thinking about making a neat kit for the Arctic Blast Mod. I didn't find anything out though.

I don't know if that's what you're talking about, but I remember having seen something about this on the french forum RVTT.

I have found of the topic, it's from killer wheels (but in french, of course):

<edit> Well, it seems that they don't use the revolt editor with customized lego block, but they just add instances from a pack in makeitgood mode to a lego track... </edit>

Sorry I can't help more. I have never been very interested by the re-volt editor, compared to real 3D editors, so I have never used it.

I will try something with this "trackunit.rtu" file.
Later...
