I've seen that lu9rv uploaded to RVZT a car with a honka.wav. Are petrol/moto.wav allowed?

I wouldn't encourage it. Downloading a car and having it replace sounds that you didn't want replaced when you unzip it is bound to irritate people.

If it was approved, it might've been an accident (you should expect these from me ;) I would recommend putting them in the car file and making a note about it in the readme.txt. "For custom honk sounds, backup the original honka.wav and replace it with the included honka.wav."...

My "Whirlyworker" replaces the sounds, but has backup copies of the original sounds it replaces as well as the new ones, with automated batch files to assist. I think batch files shall be made for replacing sounds. It makes things a lot easier.
