They change the phisics of the cars, it's really hard to change them.

Inertia Width, Length and Height. Think of it like this, if you have a barbell and you place the weights on the inside when you try to rotate it, it'll be easy to rotate. If you place the weight on the outside, it'll be harder to rotate. The larger the inertia values here, the further from the center the "weights" are located, and the more difficult it is to make the vehicle start or stop rotating on that axis.

I find that increasing the numbers between 2x and 5x the standard for Re-Volt cars can make the driving experience considerably smoother and also more challenging and realistic, however, the AI generally can't handle it.

[Edit] I missed the "in brackets" part on my first read though. I haven't figured out what they do, but I've noticed some of them definitely have some peculiar side effects. However, I couldn't describe to you what those side effects were as they seemed somewhat unpredictable.
