im looking for a good program to make cars and tracks...cars based on Hot Wheels and tracks based on F-Zero. tried Zmod but its like....hard
(yes, another "how do u make ur own tracks/cars?" question)

You could use 3ds Max 5 (or above) and ase2prm or ase2w, for cars or tracks respectively. It sure isn't easy though. And getting Max... you go do that yourself lol. Let's just say I haven't met someone who actually paid for it yet.

It sounds like you're aiming a bit high, lol, modeling your own things is very difficult, anyway. Dare you to convert a car instead.

I used a programme called Milkshape http://chumbalum.swissquake.ch/ for a few cars. Wedge of Doom was created using that. http://revolt.speedweek.net/main/commen ... ge+of+Doom

Its very easy to use and there are loads of tuturals which are availble on the site as well. when you are happy with your final product you export as an .3ds file and use ZMod to convert it to revolt.

As sugested you might want to convert a few cars first to get used to the process involved in preping for revolt as thats the tricky part :)
