How to meka a new hull.hul? I don't now how to use hulscale..
there is other way to make a hul file without useing pov-ray??

hulscale is it's own program. With hulscale, you simply tell the program how much to expand or contract the dimensions. SrMalloy was working on a program to create new .hul files, but he did not finish it before leaving.

the hull file is a binary collection of verticies, edges, and spheres, and a few numbers I can't figure out.

I have a hull file importer, I was able to make a pic of them (see the snug). I haven't made a hull file exporter yet, but all you need to do is write the binary correctly and it should work.
